The New Meadows Golf Course is a public 9-hole course designed by former Topsfield resident and golf architect Phil Wogan. Wogan built 41 courses in New England and was one of the founders of the New England PGA. The New Meadows Golf Course is appreciated daily throughout the golf season by its club members, golf teams, numerous golf leagues and players from the area. Formerly a dairy farm, the course was opened in 1962 and has seen many improvements over the years.

Owners of the townhomes at The Meadows At Topsfield will have access to the clubhouse and an opportunity to use and enjoy the golf course without the maintenance costs associated. In addition, the current owner of New Meadows Golf Course has extended a fifty percent golf discount to all townhome owners and members of their golf party (up to three guests).
