2. It's easy to secure your new home.  Just sit down with our sales staff to submit a contract to purchase, along with a $1,000 deposit, for the unit you are interested in.  Once secured, you will work with the design team to select kitchen and bath cabinetry, granite/marble countertops, flooring, fixtures and many other additional features designed to customize your new townhome.

3. Within 30 days, after all selections have been made, a purchase and sale agreement will be ready for signing and secured with an additional 10% deposit.
